Our Policies
Insurance
Dental insurance works a little differently than medical insurance, and we know it can be confusing! Your dental benefits are based on an agreement between your employer and your insurance provider, so the coverage and patient costs for procedures will vary depending on that plan. To get a better understanding of what’s covered, we recommend reviewing the benefits booklet provided by your employer.
Before your treatment, we’ll provide an estimate of what your insurance is expected to cover based on the information they share with us. However, this is just an estimate and not a guarantee of benefits or payment. As a courtesy, we’ll file your insurance claims for you, but it’s important to remember that any remaining balance is ultimately your responsibility. If your insurance covers more or less than expected, we’ll either bill you for the difference or issue a credit if there’s an overpayment.
If you have any questions about your coverage, financial policies, or payment options, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to another patient in need. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $35 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.
To continue scheduling future appointments or transferring records, any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid. If you have any questions, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
